CELLFREE provides comprehensive modifications and labeling services to meet our customers’ specified research requirements. Our industry leading professional team utilizes state-of-the-art synthesizers to achieve both oligo synthesis and modifications. Our stringent quality control guidelines ensure the synthesis of high-quality modified oligos and subsequently delivered in a timely manner. We can satisfy various research needs in biology, diagnostics, personal medicine, drug discovery, etc.
Introduction
CELLFREE'S custom DNA oligos are designed and synthesized with rigorous quality control to ensure that overall quality while meeting our customers’ every request. Our specialized services include oligonucleotides modified with special bases, dU/dI, phosphorothioates, phosphorylation, spacers, amino linkers, disulfide linkers, biotin, digoxin, etc. We also provides multiple fluorescent groups and quenchers at 3’, 5’ or designated sites specified by the customer. This includes FAM, HEX, ROX, BHQ and Texas Red, etc. The resulting oligos can be used in a variety of applications, including PCR, cloning, sequence verification, and gene detection.
